The 5th MOSE Trans-national meeting was held between the 5-9th of November in Barcelona, Spain. 
A representative from each partner of every country will attend a technical meeting that will take place on the 16th and 17th of October at the offices of VITA Consulting of Milan
La Locomotiva Onlus- Social Cooperative
La Locomotiva Onlus is a “Type A” cooperative that was created by a group of young street educators. It executes different types of activities that work towards achieving the objective of developing educational initiatives that strongly involve the local community. The Cooperative has been active since March 2000 and has continuously offered training activities that are focused not only on purely educational programs, but on environmental education as well as awareness programs dedicated to the nurturing and development of peace.  
 
The areas in which the Cooperative is involved are: Educational activities for high-risk minors, Environmental Awareness Programs, programs for homeless persons and programs for Immigrants.  These areas are grouped into two main educational methods: Area dedicated to the Rights of Children and Adolescents and the area dedicated to the Fight Against Social Exclusion.   
 
 
Main Activities of the Area dedicated to the Rights of Children and Adolescents: 
 
Clorinda- House of Peace, is a refuge home for adolescents (between the ages of 11-18 years of age) who are in difficult circumstances due to cultural or social adversities and/or lack emotional support. The educational activity is modelled after a refuge home based on acceptance, simplicity, a conscience effort to maximize resources and above all, the rediscovery of relationships by learning how to manage conflicts and learn from them.    
 
Cespia – Crianza.  This is a Provincial Centre for research and experimentation on education regarding health, environment, development, peace and intercultural relationships.    
 
Local Education Laboratory offers educational, creative and training activities to high-risk adolescents in Area V of Naples, thus providing an alternative to the major causes of juvenile delinquency.  
 
Social/Environmental Educational Laboratories – Since 2002, this laboratory organizes courses within educational P.O.F.’s (Public School Educational Programs) such as “Open Schools” and “Schools and the Environment”.  
 
Eden, a private day care in the city of Caserta. 
 
Main activities in the area dedicated to the “Fight against Social Esclusion”: 
 
Scarp de’ tenis (Tennis Shoes), Naples Magazine – “Scarp” is a monthly magazine written and sold by homeless individuals. It represents the possibility of a socio-workforce reintegration that utilizes work and communication as an educational tool.  
 
Casa Antares is a refuge house for immigrant women who are victims of prostitution. The house hosts immigrant women (up to 8 women at a time), including children, that were forced into prostitution and that are involved in protection programs and social reintegration initiatives. 
 
CONTACT Project is a cultural media initiative on the provincial auto buses in Naples, developed in conjunction with the Caritas of the Archdiocese of Naples and C.T.P. SpA (Public Transportation Authority).   
 
House Accommodation Project, is an experimental project by the Ministry of Labour and the Internal Ministry that seeks to create “Welcome Centres” for vulnerable categories within the immigration population, with the main objective of providing a welcoming atmosphere and training services that assist in the social and cultural insertion of immigrants. 
 
PASSI Program (Social Assistance Program) – In addition to already-existing local activities, the main objective of this program is the development of social inclusion activities for individuals who are currently on welfare.  
 
 “R&R Program – Financial Support in Sri Lanka”, the main objective of this program is to create a dignified standard of living for evacuees and other individuals affected by ethnic conflicts in their birthplace, and to reintegrate them harmonically with inhabitants of surrounding villages.
