SiLabo’s social objective is to deliver consulting, research and training in all areas which are, or could potentially be interested, in organizational, economical and technological transformations that aim at developing an organization based on knowledge and communication. Silabo also supports organizations and individuals in identifying, accessing and managing resources and opportunities that are made available by the European Union and by other international initiatives related to the processes of economic and social integration. 

 

Silabo’s founders bring to the marketplace more than 30 years of experience in diverse areas such as technological and organizational innovation as well as national and trans-national experience in cultural and social integration. This experience was developed in the areas of Consultancy and in research and training initiatives on a local, national and international level. The founding members have a long history of experience in managing and handling the dynamics of multiple community programs and initiatives that aim at the support and development of the European Union. 

 

Silabo offers its target market services such as business and public administration consultancy, basic research and application for organizational development, and training and education of new generations as well as adults. In an effort to integrate research and development as well as training and education, one of Silabo’s fundamental missions is to “provide to those who work in an information environment; whether it is an individual, business or public administration, the cultural, professional, organizational, planning, and effective tools that will allow them to perform with consciousness and determination, as well as with the assurance of being able to shape change and obtain broader and more significant results from that change.
