The main objective of the project is to create, implement and validate an innovative vocational training model (called MOSE model) for social enterprises. The model will allow one to:
- Identify, define and describe social enterprises’ top and middle management qualifications, with a special focus on identifying training paths to acquire skills in the areas of:
social finance
social marketing
social communication
-Identify, define and develop innovative training paths, based on a blended approach, which will allow the most suitable mix of formal, non formal and informal training, using modern information technology, where applicable.
Specific objectives include:
Identify, evaluate and describe training and educational paths which can currently be found in European social enterprises and are at the root of the knowledge and skills of Management in the Third Sector.
Identify the best training path in the areas of social finance, social marketing and social communication, using a blended approach (formal, non formal, informal).
Where applicable, transfer the for-profit management training methods and techniques to the social enterprises management sector.
Support initial and continuous social enterprises professional training in their effort to create and develop management professional profiles.
