Over the course of its two-year project life, the MOSE Project’s main objectives include:
- The development of a Scenario Analysis, which will include an overview of the various areas of the Third Sector within the countries involved in the Project, as well as a summary at a European level.
- A MOSE model which will include guidelines in order to create training paths. The model will supply elements to better identify, define and describe top and middle management skills necessary to social enterprises, in order for management to adapt to changing National and European third sector scenarios.
- E-learning training modules for the following identified skill areas: social finance, social marketing and social communication.
- A web portal that will create a community with common interests related to the Project topics, and that will be able to offer services to final users, including training modules.
Communication with Stakeholders plays a key roll within the MOSE Project: it does not only seek to inform, but also to intercept and connect, both directly or indirectly, all of the potentially interested parties involved in the development of Social Enterprises.
The main objective is for the project to create sustainability towards the project, or rather to generate actions, results and final products that will be circulated and utilized within the industry, both during the life-cycle of the project, and as well as after its conclusion.
