The Scenario Analysis has the objective of creating an overall view regarding the status of the Third Sector within the countries involved in the Project and to provide an overall European summary. In order to reach this objective, the activities have been divided into two different areas:
Desk Research has the objective of producing a set of documents for each country that will represent a “snapshot” of the State of the Art of the Third Sector in each individual country.
Field Research has the objective of obtaining the direct participation of Managers and Trainers within the Third Sector in order to identify needs, expectations and useful information regarding the training of Managers in the industry.
Before proceeding with the research it was necessary to make comparisons and come to a common definition of a “Social Enterprise” within each country in an attempt to align each partner with a common definition.
